Special Power of Attorney for a Court Case

By this Power of Attorney I, Manohar Lal Bhatia aged around 85 years S/o Sh. R.C
Bhatia, presently residing at Tower 16, Flat No. 606, Orange County, GH4, Indirapuram Distt.
Ghaziabad- 201014, being a senior citizen and also suffering from serious health & spinal
issues, and as such cannot frequently travel and appear for the purpose of court
cases/proceedings, do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint ‘Shri Pankaj Roy Bhatia’ son
of Shri Dharam Pal Bhatia resident of H. No. 4703, GH-4A, Jalvayu Vihar, Sector 20,
Panchkula, as my attorney for me, in my name and on my behalf to do or execute all or any of
the following acts or things in connection with the below mentioned commercial property and
any court case instituted in my name in the said regard:

Whereas, I, the above-named executant is allottee & owner of the commercial property
which is situated and located at Unit No. 37, Floor No. 14 th, Sushma Infinium, NH-22,
Zirakpur, SAS Nagar (Mohali)-140603, regarding which I had already filed a complaint
before the RERA Tribunal, Punjab for the redressal of my grievance in respect of the said
property.

1. To represent me before any court of law in India, where the suit is pending in my name.
2. To engage or appoint any solicitor, counsel, advocate, pleader or lawyer to conduct or handle
the case proceedings.
3. To prosecute in the suit and proceedings, to sign and verify all plaints, pleadings, applications,
appeal, revision, petitions or documents before the court and to deposit, withdraw and receive
document and any money or moneys from the court or from the defendant either in execution
of the decree or otherwise and sign and deliver proper receipts for me and discharges for the
same.
4. To apply for inspection and inspect documents and records, to obtain copies of documents and
papers.
5. To compromise or settle any suit in such manner as the said attorney shall think fit.
6. To do generally all other acts and things for the conduct of any suit as I could have done the
same if I were personally present.

And I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and legal representatives,
ratify and confirm and agree to ratify and confirm whatsoever our said attorney shall do or
purport to do by virtue of these presents.
