1 Cultural s and awareness also increases our cultural competence of the people around us and all

over the world, helping us develop a deeper understanding of other people’s culture as well as
our own, increasing our tolerance and broadening our minds.
Cultural awareness helps us break down cultural barriers, build cultural bridges, and learn how to
love, and appreciate those different from us. We can relate better to people with cultural
differences as we begin to understand ourselves better. This results in more cultural connection
and less cultural conflict.
It helps us create a homogenous and inclusive work environment In an office setting, we are
most likely to come across different individuals who possess diverse backgrounds that may
sometimes clash with the values of a business.

2 To recruit the best people you need to know what your company needs.
Create a detailed job descriptions If you don't have a clear idea of what employees are supposed
to be doing, you will have a hard time hiring the right person.
The best qualified candidates on paper may not be the best fit for the job. Ask about the
candidates' interests, ambitions and priorities. If working for a big company with a big salary is
their dream, they might have a hard time working for a small firm.
Another important element in the hiring process should be to require candidates to complete an
assignment that requires the skills for which the person is being hired.
Prepare well structured interviews When it's time to interview, it's a good idea to have more
than one conversation with serious contenders and include other people in the process such
as an HR person and the manager to whom the new employee will report.
3 Vietnam is a fast and emerging market with stable economic growth and governance.
Last year despite the pandemic, Vietnam recorded growth of 2.91 percent is one of the
few countries in the world to record net positive growth.
The top five sectors receiving investment were manufacturing and processing at
US$12.73 billion followed by real estate, electricity production, wholesale and retail,
science and technology, and others.

In addition, top imports include computers and electronic components, followed by

machinery and equipment, telephones and components, textile fabrics, and plastics. A
lot of these include raw materials.

Vietnam’s top exports include telephones, computers, and electronics – this is

demonstrated by Samsung’s factories in Ho Chi Minh City and Bac Ninh
contributing to growing smartphone exports. Samsung’s mobile phone exports
account for more than 50 percent of the company’s global mobile phone supply as per
statistics.

4. Free trade means that countries can import and export goods without any tariff barriers
or other non-tariff barriers to trade.Essentially, free trade enables lower prices for
consumers, increased exports, benefits from economies of scale and a greater choice of
goods.

Trade is central to ending global poverty. Countries that are open to international trade tend to
grow faster, innovate, improve productivity and provide higher income and more opportunities to
their people. Open trade also benefits lower-income households by offering consumers more
affordable goods and services.

Free trade allows the consumer to choose which is of best value to them without the influence of
tariffs, quotas or subsidies. Greater competition from abroad presents similar benefits as
domestic competition: – Increased efficiency. – Greater choice and differentiation. – Higher
consumption.

5 the way I see the most important skill in negotiating is Planning

Negotiation requires planning to help you determine what you want. You should consider what’s
the best possible outcome, what’s your least acceptable offer and what you will do if an
agreement isn’t reached. The ability to prepare, plan and think ahead is crucial to a successful
negotiation. Planning skills are necessary not only for the negotiation process but also for
deciding how the terms will be carried out.The best negotiators enter a discussion with at least
one backup plan, but often more. Consider all possible outcomes, and be prepared for each of
these scenarios.
