Technical Feasibility
Our project is a software application that requires specific programming languages
such as:
▪ HTML
▪ CSS
▪ JS
And certain frameworks like:
▪ Redux
▪ Node
▪ React
Each of the technical tools is freely available, and the technical skills required are
easily manageable. The software application can be easily downloaded through any
web portals. Time limitations of the product development and the ease of
implementing using these technologies are synchronized.

Managerial Feasibility
Nowadays, invoices, which are one of the most important documents exchanged
between business partners, should be produced with the intention of disseminating
them to a broader range of devices through multiple channels which include web and
SMS.
Handling invoices, product inventory, customer relations and other business
transactions via the internet have been found to be a cost-effective way of
accomplishing such tasks. The developers being computer science students are well
versed with the field of technology, also as business students in addition, they are
well aware of the feasibility and prospects of the given software in the future.

Economic Feasibility
The developing system must be justified by cost and benefit. Criteria to ensure that
try is concentrated on project, which will give best return at the earliest. One of the
factors which will affect the development of a new system is the cost it would require.
The following are some of the important financial questions asked during beginning
investigation: The cost of the hardware and software, cost of human resources for
developing the software.
Since the system will be developed as part of project work, there could be no manual
cost to spend for the proposed system. Also, all the resources will be available, and
gives an indication of the system is economically available for development.

Financial Feasibility
A college software project would initially follow freeware software standards, i.e., no
cost will be charged from the business owners. At the initial stage, the potential
market space will be small businesses like a bakery shop, a pharmacy, a grocery
vendor, etc.
With increased usage and more downloads, the software can be charged in the
future, considering the developers' bug fixations and time constraints.

Cultural Feasibility
Invoices constitute some of the most valuable documents exchanged between
business partners, including government institutions. Companies exchange
enormous number of invoices daily, both in electronic and paper formats. The real
obstacle lies on how efficiently and quickly the invoicing process is handled from
order initiation to delivery and payment for goods or services. An invoice
management system helps to simplify and organize this process and thereby
enhance process transparency.

Social Feasibility
A System has Social Acceptance if it has favorable reception and is perceived as
being as an effective system by its users. It can be easy to overlook the users
involved in a system and makes the manual job of a person easier. Even if the
system is sound proof, users are what make or break the system. Perception is
crucial. An inventory management and invoicing software is something that can ease
the work for the employees at a shop as well as for the owner to overlook. Hence the
system is well socially feasible.

Safety Feasibility
The software assures that all data inside the system or its part will be protected
against malware attacks or unauthorized access. The information inside the
database can only be accessed through registered personnel. Transferring data to
external storage will also automate a self-protecting
Political Feasibility
By providing their customers with time saving functionalities and services through
technology, invoice issuers utilize every available opportunity to distinguish
themselves from their competitors. Digitalizing business processes such as the
invoice-receiving and payment process would have a positive effect on a company's
image, and endear them to their customers. It also increases their efficiency and
enables them invest the saved time on their core business, which in turn increases
the productivity hence the GDP and the economic flow of the country.
