28-End
ption of the flow chart of the SANITECH Model XXX Machine

Connect the garden hose to the water inlet located on the right side of the machine.

Connect the steam hose on the left side of the machine

Connect the extension cord from the electrical E supply to the machine. This current extension cord
must be of high
capacity and shall not exceed 50 feet in length (15 Meters). The extension cord should have a capacity
of 20 Amps and a thickness of 14 or 12
Connect the Gas Regulator to the Propane Gas tank. Connect the regulator in the vertical position.
Make sure connections are secure and there are no gas leaks.
Open the fuel valve located on the top of the Propane Gas (LPG) tank.
Turn on the water supply, it should be less than 60 ° C.

Allow the water to flow into the machine until there is a free flow coming out of the gun nozzle. Free
flow means there is no air stagnation in the system and no restrictions. On the initial startup of any
new machine, it is best to remove the nozzle from the end of the gun and allow water to run for about
5 minutes. In order for water to flow through the machine, the gun trigger must be depressed.

Turn on the pump switch. This will bring operational pressure to the machine
Does the pump jerk when turned on?
If this happens it means that there is some stagnant air in the system. Turn off the pump switch and
turn the switch on and off in 30 second intervals.

If no agitation of the pump occurs or after turning the switch on and off at 30-second intervals. The
pump is no longer agitated, operate the ignition or ignition switch. The power switch is fully
automated. This operation will be indicated by a “CLICK” sound followed by the main ignition.

Is ignition or ignition carried out?

If ignition takes place continue with step 16

If power-up is not carried out, the switch must be turned off for
30 seconds before being turned on again

Is ignition or ignition carried out after 3-4 attempts to turn it off and on at 30 second intervals?

If the unit does not turn on after three or four attempts, refer to the "Troubleshooting Guide" section.
Then continue with step 28.
If the unit turns on, adjust the main tap on the gas regulator. Turn clockwise to increase and
counterclockwise to decrease gas flow. The machine should start at 2 PSI displayed on the fuel gauge.

To achieve temperatures of 120 ° C at the gun outlet, gradually increase the gas pressure and allow the
temperature to stabilize. Keep increasing and decreasing the fuel pressure until the desired
temperature is reached.

Proceed to cleaning and sanitizing the desired surface, moving the gun in different directions as
necessary. When the gun trigger is released, the control will automatically turn off the ignition, as will
the flow of water. When the trigger is pressed the machine will automatically restart. Remote on / off
control has been provided on the gun for operator convenience

When you finish cleaning and sanitizing, release the gun trigger. Turn off the ignition switch or ignition
switch
Press the gun trigger again to run cold water through the machine. Carry out this operation until the
water temperature drops to 35 ° C.

Turn off the pump switch, then close the gas regulator valve by moving it to the left.

Disconnect the plug from the electricity supply

Turn off or close the water supply source and disconnect the hose

Wrap the hose, as well as the electrical extension cord and store them
Store the gun nozzles in a place free from dirt
Keep the machine in a safe area and at room temperature
Finish the cleaning and sanitizing process with the SANITECH machine.

Justification / Danger
The data on the emission factors for the combustion of LP gas, from the Institute of Ecology and Climate Change

being very low values, hence it is classified by the same entity as a clean gas. These concentrations are easily
evacuated from the environment, considering compliance with Prerequisite Program 6.4 Air quality and
ventilation. Because the probability of being present and its consequences in the work atmosphere at the
beginning of the production process are low, hence the risk from the use of this gas in the cleaning and sanitizing
processes with the SANITECH machine is not significant.
