Research Instrument

The researchers used a survey questionnaire as a tool to gather primary data in this study.

Due to the Covid-19 guidelines and restrictions, which prevent personal engagement with the

respondents, the researchers opted to use Google Forms and Google Meet to survey the

respondents. The questionnaire is divided into two sections. The first section deals with the

respondents' profile, which contains their name, age, gender, and grade level. The second section

deals with the question that the respondent will answer.
