HEALTH CARE AT HOME/COMMUNITY.

EXPLAIN THE DETAILS OF EACH.

1. STAY ACTIVE TOGETHER AND GET

OUTSIDE
In particular, as we spend more inactive time working from home or taking distance education courses, it's

important for both adults and children to move around during the day. It's beneficial for our physical health to

be active, and it may also help our family cope with any stress or worry that may occur as a result of the lack

of regular routine.

2. PRACTICE PREVENTATIVE MEDICINE, LIKE REGULAR HANDWASHING.

IOne of the greatest methods to reduce the transmission of bacteria and avoid disease is to always wash

your hands. Other preventative medicine recommendations include coughing or sneezing into your sleeve,

disinfecting commonly touched surfaces in your house, and keeping up with routine checkups and vaccines.

3. ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO EAT A WELL-BALANCED DIET.

IMaking healthy food choices might be challenging when you are socially distant since you may not be

making as many excursions to the grocery store. The best you can muster Frozen fruits and vegetables are

collected at the same time as fresh produce and are "flash frozen" to preserve nutrients if you have room in

your freezer. Even though they last longer, they have the same nutritional value.
4. DRINK ENOUGH WATER.
IOur body needs water to function correctly, so make sure to drink plenty of it. Our energy levels, brain

function, and general health are all significantly influenced by water. Drinking enough water might be difficult

to remember with everything going on.

5. AVOID TOO MUCH CAFFEINE.

Anything in excess may be harmful, even consuming excessive amounts of coffee, tea, or soda. Caffeine can

raise the blood pressure and heart rate, which might be bad for health. Try to refrain from consuming an

additional cup of coffee as we are unsure of how long we will be isolated; doing so will make it more difficult to

remove once things are back to normal.

6. FOLLOW A BEDTIME ROUTINE AND GET ENOUGH SLEEP.

One of the best ways to tell if you're getting enough sleep is seeing how you feel in the morning. Do you feel

rested or worn out? To have adequate energy and be able to concentrate during the day, getting enough sleep

can make people feel more stressed and anxious. For distance study, we may need to utilize technology more

often than normal. Breaking up screen time with various activities during short intervals can help.

9. TALK ABOUT YOUR FEELINGS

Because of all the confusion and change, many individuals are experiencing higher levels of anxiety than

normal. It's acceptable to feel anxious, sad, angry, or any other emotion. Encourage people to express their

feelings by letting them know that it's okay and valid for them to feel whatever they do.
