JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. CEO
1. Provide direction and guidance to the organization.
2. To shape organizational goals and direction.
3. To keep Chairman informed about the activities.
4. To chart the future and learn from the past.
5. To keep track of the changing scenario around us and to take necessary
corrections.
6. To help maintain harmonious relations inside and outside the organization.
7. To prepare the aims and objectives short term and long term.

2. TRIBAL CARE SECTRETARY


1. Regular interaction with Chairman
2. To help implementation of the organization goals and objectives.
3. To develop relations with outside agencies.

3. EDUCATION: HEAD OF DEPARTMENT


1. Regular management of all activities for schools, hostels, Nimai pathsalas ,
gurukuls and other educational institutions of the organization.
2. Expansion of school numbers and size.
3. Assessment of students, teachers and supervisors.
4. Development of curriculum.
5. Assessment of educational needs.
6. Maintain database of students, ex-students, teachers, supervisors and other
staff.
7. Recruitment of teachers and supervisors and other teaching/ nonteaching
staff.
8. Interaction with other educational institutions.

4. FINANCE: HEAD OF DEPARTMENT


1. Maintain Regular Accounts.
2. Conduct Audit at regular intervals of all tribal care centres.
3. Prepare Budget of all incomes and expenditures.
4. Salary Disbursement and payment of perks to all salaried staff .
5. Maintain bank accounts

5. HEALTHCARE : HEAD OF DEAPARTMEMT


1. Conduct Regular health camps at different locations.
2. Provision of health kit to every tribal care centre.
3. Mobile medical clinic and ambulance management.
4. Hospitalization help to needy in admissions and getting proper treatment.
5. Health awareness within the community.
6. Maintain good Sanitation and cleanliness in the society .
7. Awareness and provide solutions to Health issues in a community.
8. Pre-natal and post natal care.
9. Help in vaccination.
10.Epidemic relief by providing shelter, food and medicines.

6. SOCIAL SUPPORT : HEAD OF DEPARTMENT


1. Provision Water Facilities.
2. Impart Adult education.
3. Help in improved Farming.
4. Cow care and protection.
5. Interaction with community.
6. Vocational training.
7. Computer training.
8. Food for life.
9. Disaster relief.

7. SPIRITUAL AND CULTURAL: HEAD OF DEAPARTMENT


1. Setting of Prayer halls .
2. Setting up programs.
3. Setting up an altar at every home.
4. Book Distriubution
5. Prasadam distribution.
6. Setting up celebration of Festivals.
7. Interaction with other spiritual and religious bodies.

8. CONSTRUCTION AND LAND AQUISITION : HEAD OF DEPARTMENT


1. Construction of new buildings.
2. Maintenance of buildings.
3. Buying land and buildings.
4. Renting property.
5. Keep track of land availability for buying or hiring.
6. Keep knowledge of government rules for buying and hiring.

9. DONOR CULTIVATION : HEAD OF DEPARTMENT


1. Maintain database of donors
2. Maintain regular communication with donors.
3. Follow up with existing donors for future donations.
4. Buying and sending gifts.
5. Visiting donors.

10. FUND RAISING : HEAD OF DEPARTMENT


1. Keep knowledge of existing government and NGO funding.
2. Follow up on CSR Funding.
3. Cultivate new individual donors.
4. Interact and coordinate with donor cultivation team.

11. PUBLIC RELATIONS : HEAD OF DEPARTMENT


1. Handle Media interaction – Newspaper, TV, Social Media.
2. Disseminate information on Tribal related news.
3. Present a good face of tribal care.

12. INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS: HEAD OF DEPARTMENT


1. Regular meeting with the tribals and their leaders on all issues.
2. Keep the tribals informed about the various activity.
3. Develop and print tribal brochures and journals .
13. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY: HEAD OF DEPARTMENT.
1. Develop/ Buy Software to support our activities.
2. Develop intranet.
3. Upload various reports.
4. Publish reports.
5. Analyse reports and inform relevant person to take action.

14. TRANSPORTATION AND VEHICLE MAINTENANCE: HEAD OF DEPTT.


1. Maintain log of vehicles and their maintenance.
2. Buying of vehicles.
3. Disposal of old vehicles.
4. Monitor petrol consumption.
5. Maintenance of vehicles on hire.
6. Maintenance of vehicle movement.

15. TRIBAL TOURISM: HEAD OF DEPARTMENT


1. Conduct tours to various tribal areas on regular basis.
2. Interact with outside people to bring tourist to the tribal areas.
3. Interact with different tour, travel operators.
4. Keep track of accommodation facilities, transportation facilities.

16. TRIBAL PRODUCTS MARKETING: HEAD OF DEPARTMENT


1. Obtain knowledge of tribal products available for marketing.
2. Develop markets for selling tribal products.
3. Participation at various fairs and exhibitions.
4. Help in product development.

17. ETHICS, INTERNAL COMPLIANCE: HEAD OF DEPARTMENT.


1. Keep track of conduct and performance of all the tribal care givers.
2. Counselling when required.
3. Track organization goals.
18. OFFICE HEAD
1. Maintain office records.
2. Maintain account records.
3. Provide office support to all departments.
4. Provide available information to various departments when required.
5. Archiving of all necessary documents of the organization.
