Partnership, both universal and specific

A Universal Partnership of All Present Property is one in which the partners contribute to a
common fund all of the properties that each of them owns at the time the partnership is formed.
The intention is to divide said properties and any profits realized by the business among
themselves. A Universal Profits Partnership is one that includes everything that the partners
may acquire through their industry or work during the partnership's existence.

A particular partnership is one formed for the purpose of carrying out a common profession.
