Day 1: August 9,2022

Activity: Faculty Meeting

Summary of In preparation with the opening of classes for SY 2021-

Activity: 2022, DepEd Launches the Brigada Eskwela Program
with years theme of “Bayanihan para sa Paaralan”.
This memorandum is pursuant with Deped Order no.
048, s.2021. Amids pandemic, we teachers of Dona
Asuncion Lee Integrated School had implemented a
voluntary scheme to support Brigada Eskwela of our
school, following the IATF protocols. The activity is
spearheaded by Ma’am Julie A. Lavarias, Brigada
Eskwela Coordinator and Ma’am Carmela P. Cabrera,
Principal IV and with the coordination of the grade
level coordinators and teachers. The purpose of the
meeting was in preparation for the Brigada Eskwela
Kick-off. Ma’am Julie Lavarias had also initiated BE
work plan and updates.

Day 2: August 10,2022

Activity: Brigada Eskwela Kick-Off
Summary of Activity: Early morning of August 10,2022, the first day of B.E.,
teachers, stakeholders and PNP participated on the
Brigada Eskwela Kick Off . Right after the caravan, the
opening program was conducted in our very own
school. Which is attended by the parents, teachers, and
school head to make sure that the Brigada Eskwela will
be conducted successfully. During the opening program
in our school, the in charge of Brigada Eskwela, Ma’am
Julie A. Lavarias talk about everything about the
schedules, work assignment and other concerns for
Brigada Eskwela. After the program, teachers and
volunteers from different organizations went to their
respective tasks.

I was assigned at the registration booth for the

attendance of the participants.
