To acquire conceptual clarity of the various functional areas of retailing such as
SCM, EDI, RFID, VMI,CPFR, HR issues in retailing, CRM, financial implications of
retail decisions, retail promotions, etc. - PLO2

To make sense of the evolving external environment and competitive factors to

Analysis and interpretation of the various kinds of data used to make effective
