MEMORANDUM

TO : FC, 1st IPMFC, TL, iSMART and COP Ilagan CPS

FROM : Chief, POMU

SUBJECT : Security Assistance

DATE : October 21, 2021

1. Reference: Letter from MARITES E. FROGOSO, DPA, Provincial

Agriculture dated October 20, 2021 requesting for security assistance.

2. This pertains to the distribution of agricultural machinery under the Rice

Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) Mechanization Component for the
Philippine Center for Postharvest Development and Mechanization (PhilMech) as the
lead implementing agency on October 26, 2021 at the Isabela Sports Complex, Brgy.
Alibagu, City of Ilagan, Isabela.

3. In this connection, the following offices are directed to provide security

assistance and traffic control for the duration of the said activity:

a. FC, 1st IPMFC

-Provide Two (2) teams Officer-led to act as area security at Isabela
Sports Complex; and
-Perform other tasks as may be directed.

b. COP Ilagan CPS

- Designate responsible PCO as Area Security Commander in-
Charge
of the Isabela Sports Complex;
- Establish Police Assistance Center at the gate of Isabela Sports
Complex;
- Provide area security to the VIP and working committee members
at
Isabela Sports Complex, City of Ilagan;
- Assist visitors and other dignitaries in going to and from the
designated parking areas;
- Render SITREP to PTOC; and
- Perform other tasks as may be directed.

d. iSMART
- Provide 10 personnel to provide security and traffic direction along
the National Highway at the Isabela Sports Complex;
- Report to COP Ilagan CPS at 6:00 AM, October 26, 2021 for
briefing prior deployment; and
 - Perform other tasks as directed.

4. Submit names of the detailed personnel with contact number of the Team
Leader using the attached format NLT 8:00 PM, October 21, 2021. Likewise, submit
after activity report to this office (Attn: POMU) at email address
ippo.opns@gmail.com for information of the Provincial Director.

5. For appropriate action.
