Award Winning Customer Experience of Coway Malaysia


Coway Malaysia bagged the CXP Best Customer Experience Award 2021 along with other
accolades

KUALA LUMPUR, 20 January 2022 – In accordance with Coway Malaysia’s brand direction of
Customer Experience (CX), they ensure a wholesome customer experience from the beginning of a
new customer’s journey up until a life-long user experience.

Coway Malaysia was recently awarded the CXP Best Customer Experience Award 2021, Asia’s
regional awards for excellence in customer experience. This recognition reflects on Coway’s well-
rounded approach of customer service while touching the hearts of 2 million customers.

Coway has also won two other awards resounding the best customer satisfaction namely the
Trusted Brand Award 2021 and the Asia Halal Brand Award (AHBA) 2021.

Through a consumer-based survey, the Trusted Brand Award reflects overall best customer
satisfaction of product quality and customer service. This is the 7 th year Coway has been
recognised as a company which lives by core human values of trust and assurance.

As the first water purifier brand in Malaysia to obtain JAKIM’s Halal certificate, Coway Malaysia
prides itself to continue serving high quality products to the Muslim community. This is the fourth
year Coway is recognised by the award and this further strengthens its presence as the industry
leader of home appliances in the international Muslim market.

On top of the CXP, Trusted Brand and AHBA awards, Coway also recently won the Overall
Excellence in Community & Public Health Initiatives under the Company of The Year Award (Home
Appliances) category for the Sustainability & CSR Malaysia Awards 2021.
