Wealth management

Many different types of clientele, from wealthy individuals and families to high-net-worth (HNW) and
ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals and families, are served by wealth management (WM) or
wealth management advisory (WMA). It is a field that includes structuring and planning money to help
with growth, preservation, and protection of wealth while transferring it to the family in a way that is
both tax-efficient and in keeping with their preferences. Tax planning, wealth protection, estate
planning, succession planning, and family governance are all included in wealth management. High-net-
worth investors receive private money management. This typically entails guidance on the use of
different estate planning tools, business succession or stock option planning, and the sporadic use of
hedging derivatives for sizable stock blocks.
