Dear parents,

Spelling Bee is a popular competition all over the world. The benefits of spelling bees extend
beyond language: Since children are required to spell words while on stage, kids also develop
self-confidence, communication and public speaking skills, and the ability to thrive under
pressure.

At Sky National Schools, we are pleased to announce our Spelling Bee Competition for the
scholastic year 2021-2022. The competition will take place at the beginning of the Second
Semester.

During the competition, students will try to spell the words correctly. It’s an oral competition
“not written”. Anyone who makes a mistake is out and the competition continues until only
one student of each class wins.

Please encourage your child to participate in this entertaining, beneficial competition by

studying the words in the following list during the winter vacation.
