Terms & Condition: General Terms:

(1) Contract should be valid for Minimum 1(One) year/ 6(Six) Months/ 3(Three) Months.
(2) Display Time will be distributed equally into three slots every day
= 00 Minutes per day (Morning=00 Minutes+ Noon=00 Minutes + Evening= 00 Minutes).
(3) 10 minutes break per 1 hour /From 01.00pm to 02.00pm for maintenance break
(4) SMD LED TV Display Period= 10.00 am to 10.00pm.
(5) Daily 1 Hour Mandatory Governmental Advertisement Display (If any).
(6) 50% of the total cost will be paid as advance at the time of issuing work order & balance 50% will be paid in equal
monthly Installment before starting of each monthly display.
(7) Governmental Vat will be bore by Rubric Communications Ltd.
(8) TVC will be developed/made and provided by Rubric Communications Ltd.
