1.0 INTRODUCTION

a proven track record of on-time delivery, quality, and integrity. Through numerous
publication reviews, customer testimonials and a wide reaching internet presence, our
current and historical successes are well documented. Our past achievements include
many satisfied customers and programs as a prime contractor, sub-contractor, and
supplier for various government agencies, OEMs, foreign and domestic airlines, major
maintenance facilities, and other end use applications.

Southeast Aerospace Inc., hereafter referred to as SEA, is pleased to offer the Garmin
Authorized Dealer Network, this proposal for the AML STC ST00835DE for your
customer’s Part 25 aircraft

This pricing is valid through December 31, 2021.

2.0 SCOPE OF THE RETROFIT PROGRAM
2.1 STC OVERVIEW
The SEA STC provides the approval for the removal of the existing transponder
(XPDR) system and the installation of the Garmin GTX-345R and GTX-335R (with or
without internal GPS) and the G7614-50X (black or grey) into the aircraft listed within
the AML. The G7534 is still applicable but no longer stocked by SEA and lead time
will be 12-16 weeks. Aircraft not covered under the AML can be provided a right to
use based on the FAA memorandum. The STC includes the option of the
Flightstream 110 for ADS-B In data from a GTX-345R if required. The Flightstream
110 can be used to send the ADS-B data to a mobile if the GTX-345R is mounted in
a location that may impede the connection to the GTX-345R from the cockpit. The
STC also includes the option of the GPS Source MS12 GPS Mil spec splitter to
enable the installation facility to install one antenna that can connect to both GTX-
3X5Rs with the internal GPS receiver. The use of an ADS-B Fail annunciator is
required by the STC to inform the pilot of a failure to the ADS-B operations but is not
required with the G7614 as this unit has it built in. The STC does not cover any
structural mounting of the antenna or the GTX-3X5R. Additional approval may be
required for the stuctural installation.

2.2 GABLES CONTROL HEAD

There are two (2) control heads to choose from with this STC.
Both come with either a black or grey face plate. The CTL has
no ADS-B fail annunciation and will require a separate ADS-B
Fail annunciator to be installed with the CTL. The G7614 has
the same form fit as the Collins CTL and has the ADS-B Fail
annunciation built into the control head. The part numbers and
descriptions of these control heads are found in Table 2 below.

2.3 OPTIONAL STC PARTS

SEA has three (3) parts that can be purchased to assist with the installation of this
STC. All parts have PMA and can be shipped with an 8130 upon request.

3.0 SOUTHEAST AEROSPACE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES
1. SEA will provide electronic copies of the data package content and equipment listed
in Table 1 upon receipt of a purchase order and the following aircraft information:
a) Aircraft Make/Model:

d) Control head and color (select one from Table 2)
2. Data package will be emailed and equipment shipped ground.
a) No printed versions of the STC data package will be shipped.
4.0 GARMIN DEALER RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform Aircraft installation per the STC.
a) Obtain any additional design data or approvals for interfaces and information
not specified within the STC data package.
2. Purchase all equipment and consumables to perform the installation not supplied by
SEA to include but not limited to:
a) Garmin GTX-345R with or without internal GPS
b) Garmin GTX-335R with or without internal GPS
c) Garmin 3rd party control enablement (one per GTX-3X5R)
d) Structural DER for antenna and other equipment installations
e) Approval (as required) for XPDR mounting
3. Return Aircraft to Service
5.0 PRICING
The pricing for the STC Right to Use is listed below:

6.0 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Payment is based on customer existing terms with SEA.
2. Garmin dealers will obtain the additional required/optional equipment directly from
the OEM’s. This includes:
a) ADS-B Fail Annunciator (not required with the G7614)
b) Garmin GTX-345R and GTX-335R
c) Garmin 3rd party control enablement (one per GTX-3X5R)
d) GPS Source Splitter MS-12 (not required by the STC) (optional)
e) All antennas
f) Mounting trays
g) Garmin installation kits
3. Price includes shipping ground (FEDEX or UPS) by SEA within the continental US.
Other shipping requests will require customer shipping information and/or additional
charges.
4. STC is applicable to non TCAS II Aircraft only
5. Garmin dealers may reference the Garmin TSO installation manual for additional
interfaces not specified in the STC
a) It is the installers responsibility to deem any modification major or minor and
obtain the required approvals
b) SEA only supports interfaces within the STC

Southeast Aerospace Incorporated
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. We, Southeast Aerospace Incorporated, are the Seller, and you are the Buyer in the context of these Terms. Collectively, you and we
are the Parties. Terms on your order are expressly limited and made subject to these General Terms and those on the front of this
document.
2. THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE THE FINAL, COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN US IN THIS TRANSACTION.
No prior or subsequent business between us and no other performance or usage of trade applies to these terms. These Terms may
not be modified unless consented to in writing by our authorized representative with such writing making specific reference to this
agreement and transaction.
3. Prices are valid for the period quoted and are based on conditions such as product quantity, material costs, delivery schedule and
scope of work, and are subject to adjustment consistent with changes in the above conditions. Product availability is subject to prior
sale. If taxes are paid or required to be paid by Southeast Aerospace Incorporated, the amount shall be part of the sell price. The Buyer
is responsible for the payment of all import duties or tariffs.
4. Full payment of the net amount of this invoice shall be made in U.S. currency within 30 days of delivery of invoice unless other payment
terms have been quoted or mutually agreed upon in writing; provided however, that all payment terms shall be subject to prior credit
approval by Southeast Aerospace Incorporated. If your payments are not made within stated or agreed periods, they shall be deemed
past due. Past due accounts shall be assessed a service charge at the rate of one and one-half percent (11/2%) per month of the
unpaid past due balance if not prohibited by law, otherwise at the highest lawful rate. If Southeast Aerospace Incorporated must refer
your past due account to an attorney for collection, you are expected to pay all reasonable and necessary attorney fees and all
reasonable costs and expenses incurred by Southeast Aerospace Incorporated for collection efforts. To defray costs of customer
account administration, any credit balance, other sum owed to you, or property, which remains unclaimed by you for a period of
eighteen months, will become the property of Southeast Aerospace Incorporated.
5. We are not liable for delays from any reason beyond our control such as acts of God, fire, explosions, floods, work stoppages,
shortages, delay in transportation, or compliance with any government request. If a delay is caused by any of the above, you must
reasonably extend the time for delivery to enable us to fulfill our obligations under this transaction. If a shipment is delayed at your
request or your fault, Southeast Aerospace Incorporated reserves the right to invoice you for the entire shipment and for storage.
Payment on the invoices shall be due no later than 30 days from the invoice date.
6. Customer-specific products, made to order, are non-cancelable and non-returnable. You may not cancel other orders placed with and
accepted by us unless we consent in writing beforehand and upon terms, which will indemnify us against any loss or expense incurred,
including possible restocking charges. If you return goods without a Southeast Aerospace Incorporated Return Material Authorization
(RMA), they will not be accepted for credit.
7. You must make all claims in writing for shortages, delays of failures in shipment within 10 days after arrival of the merchandise.
8. Southeast Aerospace Incorporated reserves the right to make delivery in installments, unless otherwise expressly stipulated hereon.
You may not reject partial shipments for defect in quantity. Installments shall be separately invoiced and you must pay for them when
due, without regard to subsequent deliveries. Delay in payment of any installments shall not relieve you of your obligations to accept
remaining deliveries.
