Write the characteristics that a person should have to be considered as a responsible and good

citizen:

A good and responsible citizen is Patriotic.

Being passionately proud and loyal to the country, and not just to its people. Patriotism
protects and honors the Nation. It could erase corruption and help our state rise if we all try.
Being patriotic should start in knowing the history of the country to apprehend its core, along
with the good and the bad. Then, you will ethically be able to understand and follow the laws.
Participates in Nation’s political life.
Participating in politics does not mean that you have to run for a position in the
government. Voting and campaigning for qualified government officials will never be less
significant. The fate of the country depends on the votes of each individual. Fighting for what
you think is best for the Nation by attending events and rallies will never make you demanding.
Well-informed.
Knowledge is power. Nothing beats a person who values and strives for personal growth
and development. People are responsible when they are aware of what is happening around them.
Educating yourself and keeping up with the current news and laws are ways to be one of
responsible and good citizen of a country. Having factual knowledge about the Nation means
you will be able to help in deciding what is beneficial for it and its people.
Respect the rights of others.
Good citizens support human rights. They do not bring their fellow citizens down, but
they lift them and help them realize their rights and privileges. They help in fighting for equality,
liberation, and dignity.
Wears the personal qualities of a good citizen.
Anyone can be a good citizen in many and simple ways. It can be by owning qualities
that help people and oneself. These qualities are honesty, trustworthiness, compassion, respect,
kindness, well-mannered, and pleasant. Having traits and doing things that benefit others is one
step towards having a great community.
A productive member of society.
Economy, wonders, and most especially the people are the pride of a country. Developing
skills and talents, then sharing them for the world to see contributes greatness and benefits not
only to you but to your country. Doing business, working, and being productive are some of the
main reasons why a State is continuously running and developing.
Active in the community.
Having the initiative to join in organizations, clubs, seminars, and activities like
protecting the environment, doing outreach programs, organizing a charity, and other activities
that is beneficial to the community is an impressive characteristic to have. The things that will
make you a responsible citizen are endless.
Helping the people.
A Nation will not rise by prioritizing it over its people. Some people can rise alone, but
that does not mean that their country will ascend with them. Progress will stay out of reach as
long as there are people who struggle and are left alone at the bottom. A good and responsible
citizen helps other people who are not in a position to help themselves. They do not just help
those who are financially poor, but also those people who suffer from information poverty.
