ALHAJI ABIBU ALIYU

He is the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors.

He was educated at University of Ibadan, Nigeria and University College of


North Wales Bangor, United Kingdom where he obtained Bachelor of Sciences
and Masters in Sciences respectively.

Alhaji Aliyu is a well-rounded administrator with very rich experience in both


private and public sectors. In the public sector, he started his career in the Federal
Civil Service Commission as Forest Officer II in July 1974. He rose to the position of
Director of Agriculture, FCT in 1987. This he occupied till 1995.

He was later appointed Member Constitutional Conference Election Committee


and supervised election in Borno and Yobe State. He is currently the Chairman of
Hazab Agro-Allied Investment Limited.

A 1986 Graduate of Economics from the university of jos with an MBA in Finance.

Prior to joining Jame Engr Serv Limited, he had worked in All States Trust Bank Plc
where he was responsible for credit and marketing in Eastern and Midwestern
states.

As a pioneer staff of Standard Trust Bank Plc, Abdulrasheed Abubakar served as


Abuja Business Manager where he helped established the bank as a dominant
player in the public sector.

Shortly afterward, he was appointed regional Director for the North East Region, a
position he held until he joined Jame Engr Serv Limited.

An astute banker with over 13 years experience, Abdulrasheed Abubakar has


attended many banking and management courses both in Nigeria and Overseas.

Abubakar Haliru, MNIQS

Highly trustworthy, discrete and ethical, a seasoned Cost Engineer with a Bachelor
Degree in Quantity Surveying from the Federal University of Technology Minna; A
self-motivated analytical and methodical individual, an efficient and organized
professional with extensive experience in various fields of civil engineering
projects and construction projects. Having got experience spanning over 15 years
since graduation, this broadly encompasses strategic planning, business
development, construction supervision including project planning/monitoring,
cost control, coordination with clients and contractors, witnessing field
inspections, review and comment on contractor's submittals, tender document
preparation, bill checking and certification, familiar with permit to work system and
adherence to safety norms in construction/oil and gas fields and general quantity
surveying practice. This had molded him in to an individual with multi skills, hence
the onerous task of being the General Project Manager.

Started as a QS/Cost control officer with Dantata & Sawoe Construction Company,
for a span of eight years, he was fully involved in interstate roads and bridges
construction, city infrastructure, high rise buildings, residential buildings; this gave
him a tough contractor background in coordinating with consultants/clients.
Joined the Ministry of Works in the Kingdom of Bahrain in the Middle East as a
Senior Project Quantity Surveyor in late 2008, his background as a Contractor QS
aided his dealings with contractors. Being the lead QS at the Special project
section, Roads Project And Maintenance Directorate, he was majorly involved in
projects financial forecasting, road construction, bridges/interchanges, city
infrastructure, airbases and reclamation works. He returned back to Nigeria to join
Jame Engr Serv Limited as General Project Manager.

MOHAMMED GUMEL – IT Projects

Mohammed is a graduate of the university college Northampton and oxford


university where he obtained his degree in computer communication (First
class) and, High speed network and distributed system respectively. He has
over 12 years of work experience. Mohammed overseas Sharpemann's IT
projects and product portfolios which includes Enterprise infrastructure
deployment, IT consulting and project management product suits.

Mohammed has over the years worked on several IT projects including the
deployment of sub urban telecoms exchange and roaming services, Network
infrastructure implementations for the likes of NNPC medical services, Aso
savings and loans Ltd, USPF BTRAN project for sub urban telecoms Ltd. He
recently oversaw the monitoring and management of the deployment over
1,000 V-Sat network for galaxy backbone- a government agency responsible
