AQUINO, MAXIMO S. AQUINO, JESUS S. AQUINO, ROSALINA S. AQUINO, MERLINDA
A. AQUINO (Representing my father Raymundo S. Aquino and my other siblings), ALBERTO B.
AQUINO (representing my father Cresencio S. Aquino and my other siblings) all of legal ages and
Filipino citizens and all of whom are residents of Sta. Ignacia, Tarlac, do hereby NAME,
CONSTITUTE and APPOINT AVELINO S. AQUINO, likewise of legal age, Filipino citizen and a
resident of Urdaneta, Pangasinan, to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact for us and in our names,
place and stead, to do and perform the following acts:

1) To file in the appropriate court a comlaint for reconveyance and cancellation of

Transfer Certificate of Title No. 043-2021006822 registered in the name of VILMA D.
GIBAS, and to sign the verification and certification against forum shopping of the said
petition;

2) To represent us in all stages of the proceedings of the said petition and testify in our
behalf;

3) To secure and submit the necessary documents in connection with the said petition and
identify them in court;

4) To sign all pertinent documents relative to the above-mentioned powers; and

5) To perform all other acts necessary in the premises.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to execute and perform every act necessary and proper to be done in and about the premises
as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present or cause to be
done under and by virtue of these presents.
