1. Procurement StandardThis BQ shall work as a guideline for the
Vendor to submit their proposal. It is the Vendor's responsibility to
ensure the accuracy of all items and it should be cross-referenced
with all drawings. Unless otherwise specified, drawings will have the
first hierarchy and the project is classified as a lump-sump project.2.
Quantity Standard The quantity in this BQ must be aligned with all
drawings for quality control purposes. Spared quantity must be kept
to the minimum. The impact of waste should not be reflected in the
quantity column to improve accuracy during the project quantity
survey.3. Contract & Service Level Agreement (SLA) Applicability-
