General Interpretation:

During the entire training, trainees perceived all the needed

learning since the general average is 4.48 which a satisfactory result.
This means that all the needed trainings and lessons were properly
implemented and was delivered to the trainees. Therefore, the quality
and number of the equipment’s, supplies and materials have met the
requirements and program to cater the number of the trainees.

Recommendation:
Although the training takes place on time and was delivered
successfully to the trainees, it much better if the institution should
provide a training ground that is more conducive to the learning of the
trainees. A room which is not penetrable from the outside noise is
much better for the trainees to be more focus on the given tasks. The
supply must be readily available for the trainees to cater all the
necessary tasks or job.
