SUBJECT REQUEST FOR DOCUTENTATIOI{ MATERIALS FOR THE

PRODUCTION OF AUDIOVISUAL PRESENTATION ABOUT
RCSP, CUCPD AND SBDP BEST PRACTICES AND
SIGNIFICANT ACCOTPLISHTEIiITS

This refers to the Memorandum issued by Dir. Rene V. Valera of OpDS and
Concurrent Head of LEO 70 PMO, requesting the Regional Offices to prepare and
submit an Audiovisual Presentation (AVP) highlighting the best practices and
significant accomplishments in the
implementation of the Retooled Community
Support Program (RCSP), Capacitating Urban Communities for peace and
Development (CUCPD), and Support to the Barangay Development program (SBDp).
This 5-7 minutes AVP will be presented during the 4th Goodyemong Talakayan on
December 17,2021.

ln compliance to the Central ffice's request, the Regional Office will be compiling
documentary materials from the field offices about the RCSP and CUCPD program,
to be used in producing the sairl AVP. Anent thereto, we are respectfully requesting
all Provincial and City Offces through the respective Focal Persons of each program
to prepare and submit the following:

l. List of begt practicels and significant accomplishmenUs for each program

(RCSP & CUCPD) for F.Y. 2021:

Enumerate the besl practices and significant accomplishments for each

program. lt could be a program, project, or activity initiated by DILG and/or
Target LGUs (Province/City/MunicipaUBarangay). Each best practice and
significant accomplishment should be supported by a list of objectives,
advantages or benefib, stakeholders involved, date of implementation, and
most importantly, its impacl to the communig. The best practices and
signmcant accomplishments shall be written on the slides of a Microsoft
PowerPoint (PPT) file.

2. Photo and/or video documentation of each best practice and significant

accomplishment for each program (RCSP & CUCPD):

ln the same PPT lile containing the listed best prac{ice/s and significant
accomplishments, provide a supporting high-resolution photo or video
documentation---one (1) photo or video per slide. The photo or video

 documentation could be showcasing an event, persons involved, and/or a
finished project as a product of the listed best practice or accomplishment. Also
indicate a caption or description (e.9., date and place taken) of each photo in
the Notes section.

Kindly create a separate PPT file for each program with the file name reflecting the
program name. Submit al! files to LGMED through dilqr6.lqmed@omail.com on or
before December 6,2021. This is to give time for the AVP editor to organize and edit
the said AVP.

The Localization of EO 70 PMO will be hosting the 4ih Goodyernong Talakayan on

December 17,2021 from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM, via Zoom. The said event aims to serve
as an avenue for the regional and field officors to present their best practices and
significant accomplishments in line with the implementration of C4PEACE and SBDP.

ln view thereof, this level would like to request your good office to submit a 5-7 minutes
Audio Visual Presentation highlighting the best practices and signmcant
accomplishments of the regions on the implementation of the RCSP, CUCPD and
SBDP.

ln relation thereto, a Zoom Meeting Link will be provided to your offices prior to the
event wherein the Regional and Field Officers are advised to join. We would also like to
request for your assistance to invite ofticials of the SBDP beneficiary barangays to
watch the live streaming of the event through the Lakbayanihan Facebook Page.
