Theme 1 – Comparisons (use of comparatives).

Rosa and Floreddy.

These are my two aunts Rosa and Floreddy. Rosa is 36 years old. Floreddy is 32 years old,
he is younger than Rosa. Rosa is 1.54, she is short; Floreddy is taller and a little prettier
than Rosa. Floreddy's hair is darker and shorter than Rosa's. Floreddy and Rosa like
shuffleboard, Floreddy is a good shuffleboard player, but Rosa is a better player than
Floreddy. My aunt Rosa doesn't have children, but my aunt Floreddy does have two
children.
Theme 2 – Activities in progress (use of present continuous).

Share with family.

The whole family took time to share a pleasant moment and thus be able to interact, that is
why we agreed to take time more often and be more united. While my uncle is taking the
picture, we are eating, my aunt also told us that she is expecting a baby, so we are all very
happy. Here we can show that they are happy having dinner, that is why I am so happy to
share some time with them.
Theme 3. Talking about routines. (Use of present simple).

Karen routine.

Karen is studying medicine in Cali. She works as a psychologist for a family wellness
company, where she has a very strict routine. He wakes up at 6:00 am, then gets ready from
6:15 to 7:30 am, has cereal for breakfast; Before leaving for work, he has a cup of hot tea.
At 8:00 am he drives to work and leaves at 2:00 pm to meet his friends for lunch. From
there she goes home to study at the University as she studies at a distance.

Beautiful place called "Cave paintings".

In the municipality of San José del Guaviare there is a beautiful place called "Cave
paintings" where it is located exactly next to the entire half of Guaviare in rural areas, we
went with the whole family to know, they assigned us a tourist guide to show us Along the
way relevant things and what makes the place special, during the way the tourist told us
that there are important stories from the past in that place. Along the way it could be seen
that in front there is a very high peak far from where we were, there in that place is where
we had to arrive; When we reached the top, we took about an hour, we saw the cave
paintings made by the Mayans who were the indigenous people of the ancient times, where
there are drawings on rocks, figures and letters that they made and that for them had a lot of
meaning.
