 Top up cooling system if pressure <0.8 Bar.
 Inspect cooling system for leaks and hoses for cracks.
 Listen for humming noises from cooling pump and fan motor.
 Open inspection panels and vacuum clean if required.

 Check 1-year accumulated battery information logged by EMS (Energy
Monitoring System).
 Measure the insulation resistance between battery (+) and GND and

 Check pressure on Novec 1230 Cylinder
 Recertify Fire Suppression System certification by authorised fire
suppression system technician.
 Check air flow to determine if flow rate has reduced.
 Conduct smoke tests and verify detector performance.
DTG 800/1 Transformer1:
 Inspect windings/cooling ducts surfaces. Clean if required.
 Measure temperature sensor resistance.
 Insulation Condition.
 Windings are arranged symmetrically and fitted tightly.
 No foreign matter such as nuts, bolts, tools left on the transformer
surface, windings, cooling ducts and between windings and core. Clean
if required.
