TECHNICAL PART

• We have quoted for design engineering testing at our works and supply of PLC CONTROL
System “PLC Panel” as per your specification.

• PLC Panel shall be manufactured with 2mm/1.6 mm (Load bearing), 2mm/1.6mm thick
for non-load bearing members (Doors, Side Covers etc.) CRCA sheet steel, Dust & vermin
proof fixed type, Single front, compartmentalized & floor mounted type duly powder
coated after 7 tank pretreatment process.

• Our price based on, as per Bill of Materials any variation shall have price implication.

We have considered all components as specified in your BOM. All components make shall be as
per the above makes List.

4 Packing & Forwarding ➢ Extra @ 3% for wooden packing and NIL against
polythene wrap packing.

5 Freight & Transit insurance ➢ Extra as Actual.

6 Delivery ➢ Within 3-4 Week from drawings approval.

7 Payment terms ➢ 60% advance and balance along with 100% taxes and
duties against proforma invoice after inspection prior to
dispatch.

8 Warranty ➢ 8 months from date of commissioning Or 12 months from

date of dispatch, whichever is earlier for any
manufacturing defects due to bad workmanship or faulty
components. Fuses and glass parts are not covered in
warranty.

9 Validity of offer ➢ 7 days.

10 Installation and ➢ Commissioning charge will be extra 8,000/ INR Per day.
