Present Indefinite Tense :- वर्तमान में जब कोई कार्य किया जाएगा या होगा या फिर आदत या सर्बकालिक सत्य घटना
बताने के लिए ‘Present Indefinite tense’ का प्रयोग किया जाता है ।

पहचान : यदि क्रिया(Verb) के अंत में ‘ ता है, ती है, ते है, ता हूँ, ती हूँ ’ लगा हुया हो। प्रतिदिन सामान्य रूप से किये जाने बाले कार्य को
बताने के लिये, सर्बकालिक सत्य (Eternal
Truths), News Headlines, TV and Radio पर
Commentaries, Live shows के अंदर Anchoring आदि के साथ Present Indefinite
tense का प्रयोग होगा ।
Structure( Farmula ): Subject + Verb1(s/es) + Object.

Example-

I go to school. – में स्कू ल जाता हूँ।The sun rises in the East. – सूर्य पुर्ब से उगता है।Samir
flies a kite. – समीर पतंग उराता है।The train leaves at 7-0pm. – सुबह 7 बजे ट्रेन छोरेगा।

Note 1: यदि Subject Third Person Singular Number- He, She, It, Noun
singular तो Verb के साथ s/es जोड़ेंगे। बाकी I, We, You, They, Noun Plural मे Verb के
साथ s/es नेही जोड़ा जाएगा।

Note 2: यदि Verb का अंत ch, sh, ss, x, o से हो तो -es जोड़ेंगे बाकी सभी Verb के साथ -s जोड़ेंगे ।

Example- go-goes, teach-teaches, wash-washes, do-does.

Note 3: यदि Verb का अंत y से हो और y से पहले constant आए तो y को हटाकोर –ies जोड़ेंगे ।

Example- cry-cries, try-tries, fry-fries, fly-flies, marry-marries, say-says,

obey-obeys, play-plays, study-studies.

Negative: यदि बर्तमान में कोई कार्य नहीं किया जाएगा या होगा तो Do/Does के साथ Not लगाकर Present
Indefinite का Negative Sentence बनायेंगे ।

Structure: Subject + do/does + not + Verb1 + Object.

Example-
He does not go to office. – वह ऑफिस नहीं जाता है।They do not play cricket. – वे क्रिके ट
नहीं खेलते हैं।I do not get up early in the morning. मैं सुबह जल्दी नहीं उठता।

Note: यदि He, She, It, Noun singular Subject बनकर आते है तो does लगेगा बाकी I, We,
You, They, Noun Plural मे do का प्रोयोग किया जायेगा । do/does का प्रोयोग करने के बाद किसी भी
Subject के Verb के साथ s/es नेही जोड़ा जायेगा।

Interrogative: बर्तमान मे कोई कार्यो किया जाएगा या होगा तो इसके related कोई भी साबाल हो जेसे – समीर कहाँ खेलने
जाता है, कै से खेलने जाता है, कब खेलने जाता है, क्या समीर football खेलने जाता है… इसतरह से । तो Do/Does नामक
Helping Verb को Subject के आगे लायेंगे और प्रश्नबाचक शब्द (I.W) को सबसे पहले लिखकर
Interrogative Sentence बनायेंगे ।

Structure: Do/Does + Subject + Verb + Object?

Or

I.W + do/does + Subject + Verb + Object?

Example-

Do they play football? – क्या वे फु टबॉल खेलते हैं?Where does Rani sing a song? – रानी
गाना कहाँ गाती है?Does she teach? – क्या वह पढ़ाती है?

Interro-Negative: Do/Does के साथ Not को Contraction कोर के Interrogative-

Negative Sentence बनाया जाता है । (जेसे- Do not- don’t, Does not- doesn’t)

Structure: Do/Does + Subject + not +Verb + object?

OR

I.W + do/does + Subject + not + Verb + object?

Example-

Why do they not go to office? – वे ऑफिस क्यों नहीं जाता है?Does Ruhi not take a
bath? – क्या रूही स्नान नहीं करती है?Where does not Rahul go to play? – राहुल कहां खेलने नहीं
जाता?
