Learning Task 7: Transcode the information below into an
appropriate non-linear representation.

Basketball and volleyball are two of the most common sports

love by a typical filipino adult. These sports can provide a unique
opportunity for participants to learn the importance of teamwork. For
many people, playing basketball and volleyball is a source of fun and
effective form of exercise. Although both sports require a ball when
playing, it has many similarities and differences. Both requires two
teams, the team size differs, five for basketball and six for volleyball.
Both require great ability to read where the ball is going based on its
flight path. Both requires good communication skills among players.
Both have well-defined roles for individual players. There are also
differences between two sports. The first difference is the court.
When playing the volleyball, there is a net in the middle of the court
while there is no net blocking on the two sides of the court of the
basketball. Volleyball players have to stay on their side of the court
while basketball players run on the entire court freely. The ball used
is also different. Volleyballs are made of leather while basketballs are
made of synthetic rubber. Rules are also different. In volleyball you
have to volley the ball on the opposite court and you must not drop it
on your court to win a point. Basketball players dribble and shoot the
ball at the hoop. If you’ve never played these games before, you
might consider joining recreational team of invite your friends to try a
game.
