 Encouraging to turn on the camera
 Presentation of agenda
6:41  Asked if there are any co-host clubs that
LCP Jeff Ilagan have been sucessfully invited and settled
the number of attendees as of this time
6:43  Total of 3000 since there are 3 cohost clubs
na and
 Will ask for rotarians financial help if the
project would not be possible to pursue due
to the lack of budget
 Delivered the suggestion of IPP Bry which
is to cook adobo and asked for comments
about it
6:48 Rtr. Crystal Gayle Cadungog  Raised that adobo might be an expensive

LCP Jeff Ilagan beneficiaries are 1000 individuals, including
children/ infants
 Raised his suggestion to cook sopas and
lugaw
6:51 Rtr. Alessandra Marie Mendoza  Suggested spaghetti or cheap baked mach
6:52  Answered that the ingredients of those are
LCP Jeff Ilagan much more expensive and it might be more
challenging to cook
6:53  Suggested to buy all the ingredients at the
Rtr. Rad Macalalad wet market and go for lugaw or sopas
 Asked if the activity will be done during the
day or night

hot meals

for lugaw

have done it before

for around 180 people

lugaw as the hot meal for the beneficiaries
