This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated 18 August 2022, requesting for an exemption
from Permit-to-Operate (PTO) Air Pollution Source and Control Installation for your storage
facility located at the above address.

Based on the submitted information, you are not required to secure PTO-APSI pursuant to EMB
Memorandum Circular No. 2020-07. However, should you have any plan to install generator set
more than 15 KW or other air pollution source equipment (APSE), please be advised to secure
first necessary permit prior to its operation from this Office.
