U nknown to many, the DepEd Zambales, even before the burst


of pandemic, has already battling with the formidable chal-
lenges in the delivery of quality education. These daunting
trials have been supported by the undeniably courageous and diligent
people of the division – the Non-Teaching Personnel.

In scenarios like achievement of exemplary rate of literacy and


promotion, and completion of students’ educational requirements, com-
mendations and applause are automatically recognized to the faculty
alone by the parents and community. So when shocks and aftershocks of
pandemic hit Zambales, it paved a way to appreciate the silent efforts of
all school educators and professionals including the non-teaching staff.
