NARRATIVE REPORT
Last August 26, 2022 the G10- Ocampo and the substitute class adviser
conducted its first Home Room Parents and Teachers Association meeting. The agenda
are as follows:
AGENDA:
1. Election of Officers
2. Brigada Escuela
3. Classroom Improvement
4. Other concerns

The meeting was started at exactly 9:30 in the morning. Mr. Mark Anthony
Fabian, substitute class adviser, presided the meeting and first discussed the health
protocol. All the parents were enlightened about the said agendum. The election was
successfully done through voting by raising of hands method. The newly elected officers
of the HRPTA for S.Y. 2021-2022 are as follows:
PRESIDENT: ROEL BONIFACIO
VICE PRESIDENT: MC. RONALD JUELA
SECRETARY: RIZA FERNANDO
TREASURER: MA. VICTORIA ARREGLADO
AUDITOR: ABIGAIL GELACIO
PIO: ROBELYN ACABO
PROJECT MANAGER: 1. HAIRA INDAL
2.HERWIN LIM
The parents were suggested and agreed to contribute for the class funds
amounting 150.00 pesos to purchase paints, curtains and ceiling fan as their
classroom PTA projects. Reiteration of school policy was also discussed.
There were no other matters to be discussed so Mr. Mark Anthony Fabian, the
substitute class adviser raises a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mr. ROEL
BONIFACIO seconded the motion and approved by the body. The meeting officially
adjourned at exactly 10:35 in the morning.

2. The following is the agreed new set of Homeroom PTA officers for school year 2022-
2023:

SECRETARY: RIZA FERNANDO
TREASURER: MA. VICTORIA ARREGLADO
AUDITOR: ABIGAIL GELACIO
PIO: ROBELYN ACABO
PROJECT MANAGERS: 1. HAIRA INDAL
2.HERWIN LIM
3. The parents suggested and agreed to have a contribution amounting 150.00
pesos for the class funds to purchase paints, curtains and ceiling fan as their
classroom PTA projects.
4. Mr. Fabian reiterated the following school policy:
 .Proper haircut for boys
 Proper Dress code
 Absences and tardiness
5. There were no other matters to be discussed so Mr. Mark Anthony Fabian, the
substitute class adviser raises a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mr. ROEL
BONIFACIO seconded the motion and approved by the body. The meeting officially
adjourned at exactly 10:35 in the morning.
