PHYSICAL FACILITIES INSPECTION

Narrative report
S.Y 2022-2023
In preparation for the Brigada Eskwela 2022, Tuyan National High
School of Senior High School department conducted an inspection on
July 29, 2022, at 10:00 A.M to the school’s physical facilitites. The
inspection was spear headed by the Physical Facilities Chairman in
Senior High in the person of Mr. Tristan C Senajon, he was accompanied
by the Resource Mobilization chair Mrs. Phelve Lorine T. Lato , Faculty
President: Mrs. Hyacinth T. Veliganio, the representative of DRR
Coordinator: Mrs. Neña Grace D. Obenza, Brigada Eskwela Coordinator:
Mrs. Marechel A. Cabreros, and a member of Faculty Ms. Adelaine
Alicante. Our School Head Mrs. Lilibeth M. Trongcao was not around on
the inspection because she had an emergency meeting with our Schools
Division Superintendent Dr, Roaslie M. Pasaol in the division office.
Before the inspection, Mrs. Lilibeth M. Trongcao called for a conference
with the DRRM Coordinator, Physical Facilities Coordinator, Resource
Mobilization Coordinator, and Brigada Eskwela Coordinator for a
planning. But due to the said circumstance we decided to resume the
inspection as planned and set by our School Head and with of course
with her approval to do the said activity without her presence.
In the inspection, it was found out that there are many things that
needs to be repair (minor and major) in the school just like the
roofs/gutter which is partially damaged and needs to be repair because
it will cause harm to the students and the teachers as well when face to
face will start so as the ceilings, some of the chairs also needs to be
repair, and even the frames and jalousies of many classrooms were
identified broken and needs replacement.

The administration and all the staff are looking forward to receive
support from any stakeholders, barangay officials and LGU to attain the
realization of the school’s necessities. The success of the
administration’s plan will depend on the cooperation and the generosity
of the organization’s concern.
