I, Dr. Kuldeep Singh successfully conducted the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) audit of
all the faculty members of Commerce Department on 15th Aug 2022.
I found faculty members are generally quick and proactive in completing the assigned
courses’ evaluation and update the marks on ERP. However, most of the information such as
profile, leave records, assigned in charge ship link on ERP, research publication data, and
submission of marks for Even Sem courses are complete. Furthermore, we found additional
improvements are needed in order to resolve students’ issues and providing them immediate
solution.
If any student is requested to update his/her name or photo on ERP, no access is available
with ERP in-charge, in this regard a request has been sent to the concerned Dean to provide
immediate access so that we can update the profile of the students as and when required.
It was observed that only a few faculty members are using the ERP ticketing service to get
solutions on their respective academic or administrative issues. Hence it was suggested to use
ticket service for getting immediate for the related issues.
