Difference = 57.0 M3 X 6.0 MT (Processing Rate )

= 342 M3 / Hr

Washing Showers Water(A&B) = 90 M3 / Hr (H.W.2nd back water use )

Cover Showers Water ( A & B ) = 40 M3 / Hr

Total Filtrate from H.W. 1st to seal tank = 472 M3 / Hr

Water Circulation from Seal Tank

Pulp Cy.-1.5 % from 9.0 % in HT1 = 333 M3 / Hr

Cover Showers ( A & B ) = 40 M3 / Hr

Washing Showers Water ( A&B) = 90 M3 /Hr ( M/C Back Water Used )

Cover Showers Water ( A& B ) = 40 M3 /Hr

Total Filtrate from Eop.Washer to seal tan = 397 M3 / Hr

Water Circulation from Seal Tank

Pulp Cy.-1.8 % from 8.5 % in Eop tower = 263 M3 / Hr

* Depending upon the % mix of bagasse and wheat straw. In case of 100% bagasse , the
total chlorine consumption is 26 Kg / Ton of pulp. Where as , in case of 50 % bagasse
