“New Normal, New Commitment Andarayan-Bugallon Elementary

School is working to make education work for every learner in


this school”.

In these extraordinary time caused by the global COVID pandemic are


shifting the way we live our lives, how we do things at home, at work and in
schools.These major changes are paving the way to a NEW NORMAL, and it
is of vital importance that every school make the new ways, new processes
and approaches work.

Under these New Normal, ABES initiates its NEW COMMITMENT to


make education work for every learners who will enroll for School Year (S. Y.)
2021-2022 if not as effective as regular face -to-face learning, and as
enjoyable.

This institution expressed its support in assuring that all coming


Kindergarten and Grade-I learners were registered during the conduct of
Early Registration Program from March 26 to April 30 of the present year.

Relative to DepEd Order Number 3, series of 2018 entitled Basic


Education Enrollment Policy, our school is informed of the new enrollment
system for all coming learners for School Year ( S.Y.) 2021-2022 as a
proactive response from the current COVID-19 pandemic.This Annual
activity of Department of Education Early Registration seeks to ensure that
all enrolled in the system and map their contexts to provide appropriate
learning interventions.However, our school need to modify enrollment
Procedures taking into consideration the public health Situation. The
conduct of Early Registration in the school are as follows:

*Using an infomercial as part of advocacy campaign for learners who wish to


enroll at ABES by Enrollment Drop Box.
*Posting of tarpaulins and announcements in school vacinity.
*Involving teachers and including GPTA officers and parents in information
dessimination and advocacy campaign of the said activity through Facebook
and Messenger.
*Orienting parents during Online Class and Online Kumustahan with
requirements needed for the Pre-registrations.
*Distributing basic enrollment form during Distribution and Retrieval of
Learning Materials.
“Brigada Eskwela in partnership with Pantawid Pamilyang
Pilipino Program(4PS) Beneficiaries S.Y.2021-2022”

The Department of Education (DepEd),in its commitment to ensure


that education must continue amidst challenge and uncertainties of
face to face classes brought by Coronavirus Disease 2019( COVID 19),
shall formally open the School Year 2021-2022 September 13,2021.
The Brigada Eskwela is an annual program of DepEd to prepare and
conduct activities for the opening of classes. This was configured to be
locally implemented under the joint theme “ Bayanihan sa Paaralan”,
which state on August 3,2021 until September 30, 2021.

The schools are being used in preparation of learning packets,


Including the picking up and returning up the same by the parent. To
ensure a cleanliness and readiness of the school for the opening of the
classes.

The teachers of Andarayan- Bugallon Elementary School


contacted the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino program ( 4PS)
Beneficiaries through text, bfacebook and messenger. Also, this
activity is designed to bring together multi-sectoral task force to work
together in promoting a clean environment and implementing
measures to keep the faculty or staff from any kind of viruses.

The Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program ( 4PS) beneficiaries


gathered in Andarayan -Bugallon Elementary School ground
September 14,2021 to start the real work. Together with the ABES
teachers, the volunteers started cleaning the premises.

Some of them pull the weeds, others sweep the ground and sorting
areas by cleaning the rooms to ensures that the school is free from
viruses. The same activities were made on the Second day, September
15, 2021.

The activity ends well , shows the importance of public -private


partnership in ensuring the health and safety of teachers in preparing
the learning packets that will be given to the learners.
