Rules and Regulations

1. Any damage in the apartment during the duration of his/her stay is

the responsibility of the renter.
2. Cleanliness and orderliness must always be observed.
3. Electrical bills and water bills are paid separately and personally
(to the respective offices) by the renter.
4. Monthly rent must be given on time.
5. Drinking and smoking inside the apartment as well as other forms
of vices are discouraged.
6. The premises must not be used for any illegal or unlawful
activities; and/or to keep materials, chemicals, and other matters
that are considered hazardous.
7. Visitors are not allowed to sleep in the apartment unless given
permission. Visiting hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM.
8. Talking loudly or making excessive noise is not allowed.
9. To ensure that the premises are maintained in good condition, the
owner may enter and inspect any part of the apartment in the
presence of the renter. Rest assured that all valuables of the renter
will remain untouched.
