As the school’s response to DepEd Memorandum No. 062, series of 2022 known as the 2022
Brigada Eskwela Implementing Guidelines, Ibuan Tribal National High School in its full
commitment to the partnership initiative in response to the said memorandum is the Deped
issued memorandum (DM) No. 173, s. 2019 known as Hamon: Bawat Bata Bumabasa is to
implement within the community.

With the goal of intensifying the efforts exerted to improve the literacy and numeracy of our
grade 7 to grade 10 learners, the school was able to encourage volunteers who will work
closely with the teachers and the School Head in order to provide appropriate and relevant
reading interventions to facilitate and address the needs of our learners.

In this connection, we would like to seek your full support for us to launch this Reading
Activities involving the School Staff, Volunteers and students on August 26, 2022.
