and Safety Precautions

WHAT I HAVE LEARNED
Learning Task 5:

1. By having a good understanding of your our own level of fitness,


experiences, and self-confidence that makes us hikes more enjoyable
and also to be safe. You will know what kind of the trail distance,
elevation gain, and intensity level to choose when planning your
route.

2. Because of the recreational use of the impact that had a negative impact
on the hiking experience, with litter, tree and plant damage, and fire rings
having the most negative effects. The widening and erosion of trails had a
moderate impact on the experience, while muddiness had least effect.

3. I must stay on the trails, I won`t walk around mud puddles on the trails.
I will choose a boots carefully, I`ll choose the lighter boots to minimize the trail
damage. I will do a research before heading out and I`ll select an alternate open
trail.

4. The importance of this is to have and to observe my personal safety


protocol if it is for my own awareness of our own personal safety which is
more important nowadays . It is for my own safety so that I will not be
contacted by other people who have other diseases or virus. To being an
observance, we all know that safety protocol in one way to protect us in
danger it have a big role in life when we follow on it.
