Contactors, Thermal Over Load Relays, Pilot Devices, Electronic protection Relays, Terminal Blocks

Key Accountabilities
• Leading the manufacturing quality team of Low voltage switchgear (Breakers and switches & Control gear) includes
incoming quality control and in process and product audit team.
• Support the team to trouble Shooting the Line stoppages due to Q issues with minimal production disturbances
• Maintain the Quality Management system by conducting the periodic internal & eternal audits
• Addressing the product performance as well as compliances and organizing to review the KPIs / Metrics’s gap
analysis in MRM
• Ensure the part inspection and clearance on time of the incoming parts by monitoring and managing the incoming Q
team
• Driving KAIZENs and POKAYOKEs in production lines to eliminate the mistakes/defects.
• Product Audits as per the yearly plan and drive the CAPA
• Acknowledge the customer complaints with containment, corrective actions followed by RCA
• Monitoring the KPIs and lead the team to close the GAPs
• NQC and COPQ monitoring, Analyze to address the NVAs and eliminate the wastes
• Motivate the team morals constantly by evaluating their engagement on regular basis
• Monitoring of the supplier ppm and supplier rejections and initiate the supplier CAPA and get it resolved through SQA
team
• Generate Monthly Quality reports and share the same with management
Key Accountabilities
• Addressing the part rejections at incoming and insist the supplier to take CAPA and verify the same with monitoring
• Conduct supplier process audits & Assessment audits
• Conduct PPAP and approve the parts and hand over the master samples to the incoming team.
• Improvement projects on parts quality and supplier process
• Convert the parts to green channel parts by self-certification process audits
