We hereby wish to propose a business partnership with your company. Our

company has an extensive database of suppliers from all over the world. We appreciate
and have always valued customer's desire to deal with reliable suppliers from globally
respected jurisdictions.

Terms of delivery and payment:

1. Customer makes T/T advance payment from 30,000 to 40,000 USD for registration
activities such as contract registration, execution and signing of contract, loading and
delivery of goods to Nakhodka port of shipment near Vladivostok, preparing goods at the
port of shipment for inspection by SGS.

2. SGS contacts the client directly and invoices the client for its services in determining
the quality and quantity of the seller's goods at the port of shipment.

3. Upon receipt of the report from SGS by the client, the client shall make an advance
payment of up to 30% for the contract with the shipping company, for the tanker/ship
reservation, for the loading of the ship and for the export duties upon departure from the
port of shipment.

4. Upon completion of all the above procedures, the client receives the following
documents: SGS report on the tanker/ship, bill of lading from the shipping company,
packing list as well as other necessary documents. Payment of the remaining 70% is due
upon arrival at the port of unloading and inspection of the goods by the client.

It is important to understand that all subsequent payments, which come after the
very rst payment of USD 30,000-40,000, may be made as part of disclosure of the letter
of credit upon presentation of the relevant documents set out in the terms of disclosure of
the letter of credit.
