RE: ADDITION TO PARTS REBATE POLICY

(PARTS SALES TO AIRLINES & GSE PURCHASING AGENTS)
“GROUND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT”

Sales of DEUTZ “10 series” engines in airline ground support equipment for (Delta, United Airlines etc.) has
grown substantially over the last few years. Our goal is to increase market potential by improving local parts
availability and reduce parts costs wherever possible. To meet this goal, DEUTZ Central Parts is adding the
following policy:

Effective immediately, all parts purchased from DEUTZ Corporation and sold by a Distributor to an Airline
or an approved GSE purchasing agent in his contractual territory will qualify for a parts rebate. Items not
qualifying for rebate are tools, manuals, or SA kits.

Definition of approved GSE Purchasing Agent

Company that is not a current signed service dealer but purchases genuine DEUTZ parts (all airlines) or is a
agent for a major airline, i.e. Delta Airlines (Precision), United Airlines (Sage). Please contact Art Northover
(Director Aftermarket) for GSE agent approval.

Selling Price
To be eligible for rebate, the Distributor must sell all parts at no higher than Dealer price.

Rebate Amount
The rebate is 10% of the DEUTZ published Distributor price in effect at the time of the sale.

Rebate Submittal
The rebate must be submitted monthly if the rebate request is $300.00 or more, otherwise quarterly on form
DC8111.
