Annual Parts Return Annual Parts Scrap Allowance

New Procedures:

1. Starting (January 1, 2001) all Distributor stock order purchases will qualify for an annual 2%
parts scrap allowance.

2. On (February 1, 2002) DEUTZ Corporation will notify each Distributor of the total dollar
amount accrued for scrap allowance based upon stock order purchases from the previous
calendar year. The Distributor must then prepare a list of parts he plans to scrap (on excel
spreadsheet) and send to DEUTZ Central Parts Operations (Attention Josef Bauer).

3. Your DEUTZ Parts Regional Manager will monitor the scrapping of this material at a mutually
agreed upon date and location.

4. Parts authorized for scrapping must be in new, unused, saleable condition and labeled with the
DEUTZ part number. DEUTZ Corporation reserves the right to require proof of purchase upon
request.

5. Credit will be issued within 30 days after scrapping is completed and approved.
