Issue

In the drilling operation with the Blind Hole method, one of the factors with more delay
times which directly harms the health of workers (TMERT) is the cleaning process. Since
the mailboxes are not completely hermetic, an important part of the detritus remains in the
machine and its surroundings, generating delays of even 2 hours for cleaning blind fronts,
where the physical wear of the mailboxes is of great magnitude, even leading to lumbar pain
and musculoskeletal disorders. work related.

Solution:

Together with the Buildtek contract team led by Exequiel Jara, we propose what was observed
in the videos, in this case planks were used in which the significant amount of debris removed
from the machine can be seen, if we were able to make a joint Masterdrilling design we would
obtain a significant advantage in times of the process and protection in the health of workers at
the national level.
