Federalism is a good practice for it increases the participation

of the people. People will be able to express all their problems

and it is more efficient because when some power dispersed
among the states, it gives the state the right to solve all the
problems.

Federalism is a good thing because it can response to citizen

needs. But on the other hand it can create conflict by allowing
others to make their own policies which is disagreeable to
other people.

If the local government could be given more power, they could focus more on the problems of the city they govern.
Not just the city could prosper, but our country too.
