Questions: imagine yourself kimpet.

In two to three years, I envision myself teaching in either rural or urban schools at the Grade 3
level. I would consider behavioral routines and procedures, working routines and procedures,
classroom routines and procedures, and transitional/movement routines and procedures for this
level. Those are established routines and procedures that are exist but unclear to the student and
are managed by the teachers, established routines and procedures are clear to the students and
managed by the teacher, established routines and procedures maximize instructional time and are
sometimes managed by students, and established routines and procedures maximize instructional
time and are c0-created with and manage largely by students.
I consider these routines and procedures because these are used by the teachers and I know that it
is very effective. Though there are sometimes additional/changes of routines because of the
situation facing by the teachers towards learners or they made changes to meet the needs of the
learners so that efficient routines make it easier for students to learn and achieve more Children
understand what is expected of them and how they can do certain things for themselves when
routines and procedures are carefully taught, modeled, and established in the classroom. With
these predictable patterns, teachers can spend more time teaching meaningful things.

QUESTION: How do the teachers influence the class interaction considering the individual
differences of the students.
Teachers influence classroom interaction by taking into account individual student differences by
treating everyone equally and fairly. The teacher considers the students' feelings and how to
interact without bias. The teacher accepts all of the students' opinions and does not discourage
incorrect answers. provides additional time and effort to those who are slow learners When there
is an international celebration at school, promote the students' cultures and differences.

Questions: How will you encourage all learners, regardless of religion, ethnic or racial
background, to interact and participate?
As a teacher, I can employ various teaching strategies and methods to encourage students to
interact and participate in the classroom. However, based on my interviews with various
teachers, they use a variety of techniques and strategies to encourage students and identify their
needs, interests, and differences to create effective lessons, strategies, techniques, and methods.
Our lesson's IMs should cater to all of the learners' multiple intelligences in order to heighten the
interest of a diverse group of students. Furthermore, the new way to encourage them is to
establish a connection with each student to gain their intention and trust in you, so that they are
comfortable opening up, interacting, and participating in the classroom because the students are
confident and have trust in the people inside because they know that she/he is accepted and
belongs to each other.
