Gloves or ‘other protective clothing should be worn whenever the job requires ‘working with harmful substances, (Friction materials such as brake or clutch discs may contain asbestos fibers, Do not create dust by grinding, sanding, or by Cleaning wth compresses air. Avoid breathing asbestos fibers and ‘asbestos dust. Breathing asbesins can cause serious diseases, ‘such as asbestosis or cancer, and may resin death © Disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal (Ground strap) ‘whenever you work on the ful system or the elactrical system. Do nt smoke or work near heaters or other fire hazards. Keep an ‘approved fre extinguisher handy. ‘© Batteries give off explosive hydrogen gas during charging. Additional new parts include & revised injection pump mounting bracket and intermediate shaft pulley. The pulley now mounts closer to the engine block. Note Only the new version pulleys will be supplied as service parts, When installing the new version pulley in earlior engines (without fully closed belt cover) itis 6 mm hole necessary 10 provide at least 0.5 mm (0.020 in.) clearance between pulley and injection pump 10 Nm (7 $28} mounting bracket (arrows).
