Starting with just ten people in 2012, Nizam Energy now employs more than 200 people.

day our teams work together to devise the most effective and efficient strategy to deliver a
project to the construction phase and into operation.

This is a proposal of a 13kW On-Grid system. A grid-tied system does not require any
batteries to function that can reduce capital investment and maintenance costs significantly.
This system is economical, reliable, and with warranties backed by Nizam Energy, we
guarantee the fastest returns on investment and peace of mind that every customer desires.

Furthermore, DISCOs are allowing net-metering on its network under license from National
Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA), and taking advantage of this option, one can
sell the excess generation from their solar system to the grid and have the units net-off in
the electricity bill. If export to the grid is more than the units imported, the bill can be reduced
to naught with excess unit carried over to the next month.

This document elaborates on the solution offered: bill of quantity, equipment and warranties,
options available, and financial analysis highlighting the savings and returns.

Taxes Quotation is inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Payment Terms 80% advance & remaining 20% after delivery of equipment’s.

Order
After receipt of advance payment.
Confirmation
Advance payment will be refunded if notified within 3 weeks of order
Refunds confirmation provided delivery to site has not been made. After 3 weeks no
refunds.

Delivery Installation & commissioning within 6 weeks after order confirmation.

Schedule Net-metering as per timelines of NEPRA/DISCO.

The following are not included and will be charged extra if required.
Exclusions Any kind of civil work.
Lightening arrestors for buildings taller than 15 meters for net-metering.
System delivery and installation outside Lahore/Karachi/Islamabad.

Price linked with current USD:PKR. Subject to change at discretion of

Imported Items Nizam Energy before signing of contract. Once signed it will be locked.

Maintenance 2 Year against workmanship. Does not include cleaning of modules.

Demand draft for new energy meter to be paid by the customer.

Net Metering Commencement of net-metering is subject to conditions and timelines at
DISCO's and NEPRA's end.
