INSTRUCTIONS:I. THIS IS NOT A TEST, THE CHECKLIST WILL HELP YOU DETERMINE WHICH SKILLS USED WHEN
DEALING WITH OTHER PEOPLE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. RATE YOURSELF USING THE FOLLOWING SCALE BY
CHECKING THE APPROPRIATE BOX: 1- Hardly ever 2 – sometimes 3 – almost always4 – always
