In view of the commitment of the Office of Civil Defense CALABARZON to provide
continuous capacity building to DRRM Councils and Offices to promote disaster resilience in
the region, a Virtual Learning Session on the Revised Guidelines on the Administration of the
National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (NDRRM) Fund, Declaration of a State of
Calamity, and Orientation on Rapid Damage Assessment and Needs Analysis (RDANA) will
be conducted on 25 April 2022, from 8:00AM to 2:00PM.

The learning objectives are as follows:

1. Cascading the Revised Guidelines on the Administration of the National Disaster Risk
Reduction And Management (NDRRM) Fund.
2. Re-orient the DRRMOs on the Declaration of a State Of Calamity.
3. Provide an overview on the Rapid Damage Assessment and Needs Analysis
(RDANA)
