Executive Summary

The Crunchy Pizzeria (Ang Pagkain ng Modernong Kabataan), is


known as ham roll or cheese roll. This product contains such ham, cheese, tasty
bread, eggs and bread crumbs. This product can easily avail by everyone due its
affordability and also it’s not a common type of merienda so that they will easily
buy it because it is new to their eyes.
Our business is owned and managed by 15 entrepreneurs. We
provide and serve fresh, hot and ready to eat pizza roll with an affordable price.
Our Business aim is to offer different High quality products when we have
enough income to reach our plan. The products we chose to sell in the near
future are Egg sandwich with cheese, Ham and Cheese Burger, Hotdog rolls
which is more delicious and tasty. Our business wants to be recognize as new
filipino merienda.

Description of the Product


This product is made of ham, cheese, bread, eggs and breadcrumbs that can
easily provide to our customers in their home. This product can purchase
for as low as ₱13.00 customer will surely buy our product because it is
affordable.
Pizza Roll is the newest homemade food, it contains bread, ham,
egg, etc. The finished product become browned and delicious the moment
you serve it to the customers. The special ingredients are hotdogs, ham and
bacon that makes our product become more delicious, tasty and perfect.
To make the pizza Roll you will just have a bread and other needed
ingredients. Bread is consisting Ham and cheese and you will going to roll
the bread for about 2 times then carefully dip it into the egg and make it
coated with breadcrumbs and after that you will going to fry it until the
color of bread is golden brown.

Name of the Business
The name of the business is Pizza Roll, homemade foods with the unique style
together with the tagline called “Ang Pagkain ng Modernong Kabataan”. The
business is a start up business where located in brgy 201 Pasay City.

We improved the taste of our Pizza Roll with an exciting twist that will surely
enjoy the customer the moment they try it. We called it “ Ang Pagkain ng
Modernong Kabataan”, Because nowadays , Teenagers like the foods that are
easy to eat and affordable.

Pizza Roll is the newest homemade food it contains bread, ham, eggs,
etc., that food become browned and delicious when you serve it hot in
the customers. For special ingredients like hotdogs, ham and bacon that
makes sure become delicious and perfect product.

The 15 entrepreneurs contributed a capital of ₱375.00. Each of us
planned and produced an idea for making this product. We are already
make this at our homes which is an advantage because it will be easy for us
to make the product without using big amount of money to sustain our
needed equipment.

but they’re trying to produce a lot of products for having this Pizza Roll.
And Now they are new for selling this product locally. We are now
starting to improve the demand of our business.

The Clients of out business are mostly found in school which are
students who can easily avail of our product due its affordability but
anyone can avail our product.

Since we are 15 entrepreneurs, we decided to produce the product
without the help of other people because we can handle our business by
working together.

Our product are extremely delicious and tasty but according to our
research our product is limited for those people who has high blood or
also called hypertension because ham is high in sodium.

Sustainability
The production and the consumption of business, It is Economically and
Environmentally helpful since the processing production and distribution
of this product. This distribution of product are not costly and not difficult
 Gerramae Sto.Tomas is the manager that is responsible for the purchase
of all raw materials we need in creating business and the documentation
for the procedure of selling the product, and often needed the
equipment’s and included the costing, pricing and delivery.

 Danica L. Sarciban is the person involve in product processing and


preparing the new raw materials and convert them to finished products
including the packaging.

Our ways to make our product more attractive to the
customers. We promote it through having good
communication with our customers and direct selling
until we have a larger budget for advertising. One of our
ways to make our product be marketable is by
upgrading it into unique and more delicious.

The needs of the Society


Based on our research our product is a good source of
Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Potassium and Zinc, and a very
good source of Protein, Thiamin, Niacin, Phosphorus,
Copper and Selenium but our product is high in
Cholesterol, and very high in Sodium
